Sutter County Library consists of the Main Library in Yuba City, and three rural branch libraries in the communities of Live Oak, Sutter, and Rio Oso. The library is an educational, recreational and cultural resource that promotes reading and related activities, supports formal educational course work, and encourages lifelong learning for the residents of Sutter County. The library includes collections of books, magazines, newspapers and audiovisual materials, and provides services including online databases, reference assistance, interlibrary loan and public access to the internet.
