Youth Will train young people to facilitate the meetings and trainings needed to build an inter-generational community where young folks learn lessons of the past from elders, adults learn about the struggles of today from our youth, and our collective wisdom produces the solutions to today’s challenges. Guided by mentors, each young person will play an active role in creating a personalized pathway to achieving educational, training and employment success based on interest and ability.
