Our Goals:
Saint Nia is committed to ensuring that student participants learn skills such as budgeting and financial planning and the importance of goal setting and finding a career versus just getting a job. During St. Nia’s financial summits and other workshops, board members, community partners, and local entrepreneurs work hard to:
Provide an authentic, culturally sensitive curriculum for all students
Introduce new learning opportunities for students in grades 8-12
Ensure all kids have the support of a tutor and/or mentor
Improve parent-child relationships by encouraging family participation in our workshops.
