The City Heights/Weingart Branch Library serves one of the most culturally diverse neighborhoods in San Diego and is the busiest city library for public computer usage. Connected to the library is the Performance Annex, a black box theatre that offers a variety of dance and music performances, along with lessons for adults and children. The Performance Annex is the only theatre owned and operated by the city owns. The Library also offers internet access (in person and WiFi hotspots for check out) as well as free homework help, English conversation classes, and computer classes.
